OUR RETURNS POLICY
BY PURCHASING FROM OUR STORE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We DO NOT recommend purchasing products until you have a had a skin consultation and facial with one of our qualified and highly trained therapists. We cannot refund a product for change of mind or incorrect product choice. Please choose carefully and unless you have been prescribed the product by one of our therapists and this is on our record system, we are not able to refund due to a skin reaction. These products contain actives and can cause irritation if incorrectly used.
We accept returns 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product MUST NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way
Must be in original packaging
Your receipt must be with the returned item
Faulty Products: please email firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the faulty product.
We do not reimburse return postal costs unless the item is being returned due to an error of The Facial Room.
Once a returned item has been accepted we will issue a refund using the same method you originally paid for the item. All returns are processed, then a new order will be created. Due to fair trading laws we are unable to offer an exchange.
If the returned product brings the original order below the free shipping threshold, postage charge of $10 will be payable.

Once we have accepted the return via email, please post the item(s) using Registered Mail as we are not liable for your returned item(s) lost in transit. Post the product with your receipt/order to:

We use Australia Post Express for all orders. This is one of the safest and most secure methods of sending goods today.
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day.
If all items of your order are in stock then they will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, delivery of your order will take between 2-5 business days.
You can expect delivery to metro areas with Eparcel between 1-3 business days. Allow up to 5-7 business days for rural areas. Select Express for a faster delivery time.
If no one is home, a note will be left for you to collect at your local post office.
A signature is required for all orders sent, unless an authority to leave is mentioned with your order. If you wish for your order to be left in a secure location eg: front door, please advise us of this in the comments sections at checkout. Please note: If you take this option – The Facial Room is NOT LIABLE for lost orders once delivered.
Any items that remain unclaimed at the destination suburb post office, due to the customer not being present when the delivery was made, and which are subsequently returned to The Facial Room will incur an additional fee of $10 to resend to the correct address. A separate invoice for the fee will be provided.
